AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING
Complimentary standard shipping is available on all Australian orders.
Orders are generally dispatched within 0–1 business day, Monday to Friday.
Estimated delivery is 2–9 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Sydney time, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International delivery is available to selected destinations.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges are the customer's responsibility.
DELIVERY

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather and customs processing.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
